pH Miracle Diet

The pH miracle diet was started by Robert O. Young pHd. Dr. Young is from Utah, which is a state known for it’s healthy lifestyle among most of the adult population. Dr. Young got his Doctoral degree from BYU in the 1970′s and did his thesis work on microbiology of the blood.

He turned his passion for studying blood into an entirely new and unprecedented system for living. He named this new lifestyle the ‘pH Miracle’ because after taking 100s of people and scanning their blood, Dr. Young would put these people on a regimen of certain foods that would heal their blood, reduce the acid in their bodies, and help them lose weight and fight disease.

His qualifications as a medical doctor are well documented, so we won’t take the time here to list them out. What I will tell you is that there is a process to the pH Miracle, and I’ll explain each part of the process a little bit here. You can download the ebook to get the entire process and see what foods and supplements you should be buying

The Cleanse:

It is important to understand that during cleansing, the blood is actually “dirtier” than when one began. This can result in feeling worse before one can feel better. Some “detox symptoms” may occur, such as: nausea, dizziness, headaches, fatigue, runny nose, etc. Some call these flu-like symptoms a “healing crisis.” It’s a good sign! It shows that the cleansing process is effective; toxins are being expelled from the body and eliminated through wastes, mucus, etc. The most important thing to do when one exhibits these symptoms is to hydrate the body with water and green juices. This will allow the toxins to exit the body and help to decrease some of the discomfort of side effects. Don’t give up! Cleansing will put one years ahead in the healing process according to some.
